Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between Airbrush and Traditional makeup?
The ultimate difference is in the thickness and blending of the makeup. The airbrush applicator and compressor allows me to create as lightweight of a finish as desired with the variation of colors being brilliantly blended together to create the most natural looking, flawless complexion. Also, professional airbrush products, such as Temptu, have HD technology in them that creates not only the most realistic, natural finish to the naked eye, but also on professional grade HD cameras. As far as received compliments go, you will notice the difference between ones like, "Wow, you have beautiful skin! What products do you use?" and "Wow, I love your makeup! Where did you get it done?"
Traditional makeup can be blended almost as if it is airbrushed, but the application is more timely. Even professional grade makeup cannot produce as lightweight of a finish as airbrush but by using traditional HD products, the difference is minute! Traditional HD makeup also looks amazing on camera as it has the same technology as airbrush products, and therefore, it is very difficult for HD lenses to pick up on the grains.
In essence, you will not be disappointed with either application choice! If you are able splurge, the recommended option is the airbrush choice as this is the most elite and effective application type. If you are on a budget, the traditional option is perfect for you!

Where and when should I set up my wedding trial?
It is recommended that you schedule your trial appointment between one and two months ahead of your wedding date. I travel to you, so if you are planning on getting ready on the day-of at a location that is easily accessible for the trial, such as your home, it is recommended that we meet there.
Is a deposit required?
I require a deposit when there are more than 4 women for the event who are planning on receiving makeup services. If it is for a wedding, the deposit and written agreement are discussed and finalized at the trial. This deposit is applied towards the total cost of the services on the day of the event. Click on the link to obtain a copy of the contract form.
What forms of payment are accepted?
For deposits, I accept a personal check or cash. For day-of event payments, I accept cash. It is strongly advised for a designated person to collect all payments prior to the event to avoid the addition of confusion and stress amongst the excitement and chaos during the festivities. Upon my arrival, I will collect final payment prior to the start of makeup application so that all activities can take place without the worry of final remittance.
Do you provide hair services?
I do not advertise myself for hair services, as this is not my focus and I do not provide them for weddings and major events. I do have a small list of phenomenal salons and stylists that I can refer you to! However, since I have been trained and have experience with formal hair styling, I can provide hair services for small events, such as prom. Please contact me for further information.
